The following requirements outline the building of agents for LottoPGF, a protocol that creates lotteries and allocates ticket sales to public goods.

This RFP seeks to develop agents for LottoPGF contracts on Base and Scroll (for ticket buying, funding lottery pools, creating and searching lotteries). These agents will integrate with the Eliza framework and deploy on popular social platforms to demonstrate these features.

With the launch of LottoPGF v1, anyone can now deploy a lottery on Base and Scroll.

Ticket Buying Agent: Enables users to deploy customized ticket buying agents with specific strategies. (While agents can buy tickets, direct user purchases on social platforms may be challenging)
Lottery Creation Agent: Creates lotteries based on sentiment data and past lottery performance. This agent configures the odds, whitelists public goods for funding, and determines the split between jackpot and allocation.
LottoSearch Agent: Provides search features to query and recommend lotteries based on prompts, personalized preferences, and past voting history. (On Twitter, it can recommend specific lotteries and allow users to look up lotteries by address).
Lottery Donation: Enables donations to existing lottery pools.

Lottery Feed / Annoucnement: publishes details about big ticket buys from notable users (heavy iwth indexer) and official results of winning numbers with claim link

Objectives

Drive sales of lottery tickets (through existing and new lotteries) to ultimately fund public goods
Breathe more life into Otto, the frog mascot
Boost builders on top of LottoPGF v1/v2 contracts and the Otto ecosystem
Incentivize nonprofits and public goods registries to advocate for and build more influence around getting their public goods funded
Determine market forces for optimal fee-to-public-good split
Optimize for the largest prize pool and best odds for tickets and allocation
Amplify existing lotteries
